For our New Zealand customers we offer a FEE DELIVERY
anywhere in New Zealand. Please note all returns freight
charges must be paid for by the customer.
International orders
Shirley's Shoes will deliver orders worldwide, but there
are different shipping rates for the different regions
of the world. If you are not sure, then before you confirm
your order, email us and we will email you back with
the cost of the different freight options.
International customers returning a purchase, please
note that your freight costs are not refundable.

RETURNS POLICY
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you
may return your UNWORN footwear within 30 days of you
receiving your order.
We ask that during this decision period that you wear
your shoes and boots INSIDE ON A CLEAN SURFACE for a
brief time. We don't accept back worn shoes unless there
is a defect or fault in the materials or workmanship.
How to return
Please write the reason for your return and enclose
it with your name, address, phone number and your receipt.
Your receipt is required for all refunds.

With all returns, the customer must pay the return
freight charges. On exchanges we will again send the
shoes back to you free of charge(For New Zealand customers only).
International customers please note when returning
the purchase for a refund, the freight cost is not refundable.

EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange your UNWORN purchase for another
style or size, please enclose details of the Brand, Style,
Colour and size you wish to exchange you shoes for. We
also require your receipt to be returned, along with your
name, address and phone number. Please send your shoes
back for exchange within 30 days of receiving them.
With all exchanges the customer must pay for the return
freight charges. On exchanges we will again send your
new purchase back to you free of charge(For New Zealand
customers only).
FAULTY SHOES GUARANTEE
All footwear sold by us has our guarantee against defects
or faults in materials and workmanship. If under normal
conditions of wear and tear your shoes let you down please
return them to us, with your proof of purchase, we will
do what ever we can to solve the problem for you. Please
note that we don't guarantee against abusive or excessive
wear and tear on our shoes.
SHIRLEY'S SHOES PRIVACY STATEMENT
We promise to honour your privacy, we don?t sell, giveaway
or rent your personal details to any other business or
organization. We don?t hold credit card details on our
database. If you wish to have all your details deleted
from our database, please send an email to info@shirleys.co.nz
Please note this will also remove you from our
catalogue mailing list.
PRICES
All prices on our web-site are quoted in New Zealand dollars
and include twelve and a half percent Goods and Service
Tax.
LAY-BY - for New Zealand customers only
If you see something on our web-site that you would
like to purchase, but are not ready to purchase it,
then we offer you a Lay-by option. This will also ensure
you get your size before it is sold out.
Our Lay-by service is available with a 10% deposit
on sales over $100.00, or for sales under $100.00 a
$10.00 deposit will apply. The balance of the Lay-by
account must be paid within 8 weeks. You may at any
time during the 8 weeks pay the amount owing and receive
possession of the shoes. If the sale is cancelled or
if payment is not completed within 8 weeks of the date
of purchase the goods will be returned to stock. In
such cases the rights of the buyer and seller are as
set out in section 9 of the New Zealand Lay-by Sales
Act 1971.
A handling charge of $10.00 will be made on the cancellation
of Lay-by sales. See PAYMENT for your options on making
a deposit on a Lay-by.
